Welcome to our 2 beautiful Brittany holiday gite sites with heated swimming pools
now in our 13th season
Hello, we are Carolyn & David Jarman and would like to welcome you to our two lovely holiday sites each with a heated, fenced swimming pool set in the heart of the beautiful countryside of Central Brittany. Both of our sites are only 15 minutes from Lake Guerlédan (the largest man made lake in Europe 400 hectares) which offers boating, many watersports ,fishing ,beaches and in peak season a floating restaurant and boat trips. Only 30/40 minutes to the coast
At KERMARCH the larger of the two sites set in 4 acres with a 12x6 heated, fenced swimming pool we offer gites/cottages that can sleep 4/6, 9 or 12 people or if rented as a whole can cater for groups/family get togethers of 27 +cots. Kermarch is only a five minute drive from Saint Nicolas du Pelem a small town with all amenities (supermarket, banks, baker, hotel, tennis courts and bars/restaurants)

All houses are fitted with a smoke detector & fire extinguisher
LUSTRUYEN offers two gites/cottages set in one and a half acres with a 10x5 heated, fenced swimming pool.
Sleeping 4/6 and 9 + cots.
Lustruyen is a five minute drive from the small market town of Rostrenen with all amenities (4 supermarkets, banks, restaurants ,bars, hotel & bakers).
40 minutes to coast.
Both houses are fitted with a smoke detector & fire extinguisher
